THE PROCESS

Extraction:
Quartz is extracted from our mines using heavy machinery to safely remove overburden and access the quartz deposits. Our skilled miners then utilize specialized hand tools for careful extraction.
Quality Check:
The extracted quartz is transported to Purifying Plant our factory premises, where it undergoes a stringent quality check to ensure only the highest quality materials are accepted.
Purification:
The quartz lumps are manually purified at the factory to remove any remaining impurities, preparing them for the next stage of processing.
Size Reduction:
The purified quartz is transferred to the relevant production plants where it is then processed through advanced technology that reduces its size while preserving its pure state, tailored to meet various industry specifications.
Final Checks and Distribution:
After size reduction, the quartz undergoes laboratory checks before being packaged and dispatched according to customer schedules, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
